My report into the little-known Mexican billionaire behind a growing San Diego illegal campaign donation scandal was based on several Mexican news organizations. The story ran in English, but I translated and adapted it to run in Spanish as well, leading to traffic from Mexico that inewsource had not previously experienced. Download as a PDF
